Terms and conditions
Unused hours can roll over for up to 1 additional month but must be used within that period. For flexibility, additional work outside of the retainer scope is available at a discounted retainer rate of 1250 SEK/hour.
All retainers are billed quarterly in advance to ensure uninterrupted service. A 30-day written notice is required for cancellations. Any overhead expenses must be agreed upon in writing before being incurred and will be billed separately after approval. Prices are exclusive of Swedish VAT (moms), which will be added where applicable.
